Maintenance Services:

Under Home Inspection:

During your Under Home Inspection we will:

Check for leaks.
Check for holes in belly.
Check for insulation issues.
Check the flex ducts & duct jumpers.
Check the dryer vent.
Check the piers for damage.
Check the drain pitch.
Check the water line for pipe insulation.
Check the Heat-tape temperature.
Plug in heat-tape for fall.
Give an estimate for repairs needed if we can't do it the same day.

Roof Inspection:

During your Roof Inspection we will:

Check for damaged or missing shingles.
Caulk around flashing, vents, and chimney.
Caulk any loose shingles.
Check for loose gutters.
Clean gutters in the fall.
Give an estimate for repairs needed if we can't do it the same day.

Furnace Service/Cleaning:

Our Furnace service / cleaning comes with a complimentary air filter. During your Furnace Service we will:

Vacuum inside of the heater cabinet & door louvers.
Change the air filter.
Start the furnace up and run through several cycles to check operation.
Check in at the heat exchanger & registers with a carbon-monoxide detector.

** (Add $195.00 for a basic oil furnace service - change air filter, nozzle, adjust electrodes, & change fuel filter.)

AC Service/Cleaning:

Our AC service / cleaning comes with a complimentary air filter.

During your AC Service we will:

Check unit pressures.
Check air temp at registers.
Change air filter.
Clean outside coils.
Check compressor and fan motor amp drawl.
Cycle unit to check operation & complimentary air filter.

** (Added charges for package units & any non-basic service / cleaning or repairs that are needed for proper operation of A/C unit.)
